Thomas A. Eiseman, MD, FACEP

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Thomas A. Eiseman went to University of Notre Dame for his undergraduate studies, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Mathematics in 1993. Returning to his hometown soon after, he earned his degree in medicine in 1997 from Rush Medical College. Dr. Eiseman completed his residency with the University of Illinois Combined Residency in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine in 2002, and now works as a leader with the program. Just one year later, in 2003, he obtained his Board Certification from both the American Board of Emergency Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Eiseman’s work keeps him very busy, however when he is off the clock he likes to play tennis, golf, and baseball and he has earned his wings as a multi-engine commercial airplane pilot.
